Marco Gay is executive president and shareholder of ZEST S.p.A., a company born in 2024 from the merger between Digital Magics and LVenture Group, listed on Euronext Milan.

Zest is the first Italian group, with headquarters in Milan, Turin and Rome, of a European dimension dedicated to the growth of the innovation ecosystem, market leader in Italy in early-stage – seed investments in startups and innovative SMEs, in startup acceleration , in Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing in Turin.

Born in 1976, in life and work he has carried forward the values ​​handed down by an entrepreneurial family, which shaped his character and his vision of life under the banner of ethics.

He was President of Confindustria Piemonte for the last four years and was President of Anitec-Assinform from 2018 to May 2024.

Since July 2024 Marco Gay has been the President of Unione Industriali Torino. Previously, Gay worked in corporate management and business strategy: he held the position of CEO at companies specializing in Digital Health, advertising and Healthtech.

In 2016 he joined the Board of Directors of Talent Garden.

He held the position of President of Confindustria Giovani and Vice President of Confindustria Digitale.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Sole 24 Ore S.p.A. and the LUISS Guido Carli University; he is still a member of the Online Sim company and since June 2024 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Polytechnic of Turin.

His leadership is characterized by a strong orientation towards innovation and digital transformation, central sectors for the country’s economic future.
