Eraldo Lerda

Eraldo Lerda is a manager with 30 years of experience in the field of new business management and development and in particular in fashion where he held for the Miroglio group of Alba the position of Business Development Director in China for about 10 years contributing to the creation and management of a Joint Venture between Miroglio and a local company (Elegant Prosper) that was a successful case in the Chinese market. He then coordinated M&A projects in China between the Miroglio Group and the private equity fund Mandarin Capital Partners.
Also in China, he served as Brand Strategy Director for the Chinese fashion group Bosideng Group (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange SEHK: 3998), one of China’s leading fashion groups with more than 7,000 stores, about 10,000 employees and nearly $2B in sales.
Upon returning to Italy, he started an entrepreneurial business as co-founder of a start-up in Cuneo in the field of gluten-free pastries (Pasticceria Cuneo) taking care of the whole commercial, organizational and administrative area. This start up then was invested by TCN Group, which was creating a confectionery hub with the GALUP, Golosi di Salute, and Mandrile Melis brands.
After exiting the gluten free start up, he took up a new activity at the premium brand car dealer Gino Auto in Cuneo as Finance and Insurance Area Manager and coordinating the work of the sales network in the various branches of the group.
At the moment he is working as a consultant with ValueXMatch, a “boutique” strategic consulting firm that deals among other topics with supporting start-up companies on the funding and M&A side.
In a nutshell, therefore, he has gained experience in multiple economic sectors, experience in the international field, and has a solid managerial background that makes him well-suited to foster the maturation of business realities and their effective structuring.
