Aqua Farm is a startup specializing in aquaponics, an integrated system that combines fish farming and hydroponic cultivation to produce sustainable, environmentally friendly food. The company’s mission is to create a sustainable production model, drastically reducing its ecological footprint and ensuring fresh, healthy, chemical-free food. Aqua Farm aims to spread responsible agricultural practices, providing a practical solution to the crisis in the agricultural sector through a highly productive advanced system.
Products and Solutions
Aqua Farm has developed a low-input aquaponic system that requires no pesticides and uses 95 percent less water and soil than conventional agriculture. Thanks to highly efficient technology and process circularity optimization, plants grow without any supplementation with synthetic solutions and with very low energy consumption. Among the crops that are best suited to this above-ground agronomic technique are salads, herbs, and micro-vegetables; raised fish, in addition to naturally providing nourishment for the hydroponic component, stand out for their quality and healthfulness, thanks to the absence of medicines and contaminants.

The system developed by Aqua Farm integrates advanced monitoring and automation technologies to ensure optimal process control.
